Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)The diagnosis and treatment during pregnancy meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2020 Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy: hypertension, systolic blood pressure =140mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure =90mmHg for the first time after 20 weeks of pregnancy; (2) Pregnant women diagnosed with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy in outpatient department at 20-27 +6 weeks; (3) Have complete cognitive and behavioral abilities; (4) Participate in the study voluntarily and sign informed consent; (5) Smartphone use during pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Twin or multiple pregnancies; A history of hypertension or diabetes; (2) Mental, cognitive or psychological illness. (3) In order to ensure sufficient intervention time, pregnant women with gestational hypertension diagnosed after 32 weeks of gestation were not included in this study.
