Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Understand the process of implant repair and sign the preoperative informed consent, and be able to review as required; 2. Aged 18-75 years, both sexes; 3. Tooth loss in the maxillary molar area, residual bone height of 5mm-8mm, bone width of at least 7.2mm, and maxillary sinus floor elevation was necessary (elevation of 2mm-4mm); 4. There was no obvious inflammation, cyst or septum in the maxillary sinus; 5. The bone and bone mass of the missing tooth area meet the requirements of simultaneous implant implantation; 6. There was no obvious inflammation or disease in the oral mucosa and soft tissue of the implant area, and no periodontal or apical inflammation in the adjacent teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases that may affect postoperative healing and/or osseointegration, such as uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, etc.; 2. Systemic or local bone diseases, such as bone tuberculosis, osteitis, bone tumors, etc.; 3. Long-term use of special drugs that may affect postoperative healing or bone union; 4. Patients with contraindications of oral surgery; 5. Acute and chronic inflammation, cyst, and septum in the maxillary sinus; 6. Patients who received radiotherapy or chemotherapy in the past 3 years; 7. Uncontrolled periodontitis; 8. Patients have addictions to alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or other drugs; 9. Participated in other clinical studies at the same time or participated in other clinical studies within the last 3 months; 10. Other conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate for the trial.
