18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA grade I-III 2) Aged 18 to 65 years 3) BMI 18~28kg/m² 4) Patients with myasthenia gravis undergoing selective thoracoscopic thymectomy 5) Patients who voluntarily participate in the clinical study, and written informed consent should be obtained, able to cooperate with postoperative follow-up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with difficult airways requiring conscious intubation 2) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction 3) Patients with allergies or other contraindications to the investigational drug 4) Patients who take drugs that may affect neuromuscular conduction function or affect muscle relaxation monitoring 5) Pregnant and lactating women
