Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary lung cancer diagnosed by pathology or cytology with definite clinical stage. 2. Meet ICD10 CRF diagnostic criteria. 3. Individuals must have consciousness and cognitive ability, and can evaluate their feelings subjectively. 4. Informed consent to participate in the research and cooperate with the scale evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Conditions that may prevent the subject from completing the clinical trial process, including but not limited to severe and uncontrollable organic lesions or infections, heart failure, etc.; Severe abnormal liver and kidney function. 2. Patients with hematopoietic diseases, such as anemia, need to use drugs to correct anemia. 3. Patients who are undergoing or preparing for treatment that may have an impact on CRF. 4. Patients who are using other drugs that may have ameliorative effects on CRF. 5. Complicating other systemic tumors, such as bone metastases. 6. Subjects deemed by the investigator unable to cooperate with the completion of the clinical investigation.
