21 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Have a nurse qualification certificate; (2) Working in the clinical frontline; (3) Contact with suspected and confirmed patients during the pandemic;(4)Without other major physical illness or mental disorder;(5) Not currently doing the similar intervention such as yoga or meditation;(6)Agree to join and get informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) no nurse qualification certificate; (2) not working in clinical frontline; (3) not having contact with suspected and confirmed patients during the pandemic; (4) having other major physical or mental disorders; (5) yoga, meditation and other similar intervention are currently ongoing, and (6) not agreeing to participate in the study.
