Interventions

Liposomal bupivacaine group (group LB):A local anesthetic (mixed with bupivacaine liposome 10ml and 0.25% bupivacaine 12ml) was injected adjacent to the infiltrating wound.
Ropivacaine hydrochloride group (group RH):A local anesthetic (0.5% ropivacaine hydrochloride 20ml ) was injected adjacent to the infiltrating wound

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age 18-80 years old, ASA grade I to III, signed informed consent to undergo elective open posterior lumbar decompression and instrumental interbody fusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Emergency surgery, allergy to narcotic drugs or history of substance abuse, active infection, primary or metastatic spinal malignancy, lumbar spine fracture, impaired cardiovascular function, or severe liver diseases.
