Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Select patients in the early to mid-stage of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) according to the diagnostic criteria. 2. Age range: 18 to 70 years (over 18 years at enrollment and under 65 years at the end of follow-up). 3. Preferably include patients with predominantly unilateral lesions. 4. Obtain informed consent and have the patients sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee pain but with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) not being the primary cause. 2. Patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, and hematopoietic disorders. 3. Patients who have received other methods of KOA treatment within the past two weeks. 4. Patients with cardiovascular diseases, asthma, gastrointestinal disorders, bleeding disorders, ulcerative disorders, perioperative period, long-term alcohol consumption, or suspected or confirmed history of drug abuse, including those currently taking anticoagulant drugs (such as warfarin). 5. Pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding women, patients with mental disorders, etc. 6. Patients with a history of allergy to lidocaine hydrochloride. 7. Patients with pacemakers. 8. Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by consensus of the research team physicians due to other reasons.
