Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: CI group inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cochlear implants, both unilaterally deaf and bilaterally deaf. (2) Patients who are unilaterally deaf for more than 1 month after cochlear implantation and wear a hearing aid on the opposite side. (3) Patients with bilateral simultaneous cochlear implants more than 1 month post-operatively, or patients with bilateral sequential cochlear implants (4) More than 1 month after the second cochlear implant. (5) Willingness to participate in experimental studies and good parental compliance of the child. (6) No nutritional, metabolic or developmental diseases. (7) Normal intellectual development with an IQ of =90 on the WISC-CR test as a normal inclusion criterion. (8) No psychological or psychiatric disorders such as autism. (9) No history of neck disease and children can turn their heads freely. Inclusion criteria for the HA group: (1) Subjects were moderately to severely deaf bilaterally and wore HA unilaterally or bilaterally. (2) Willingness to participate in the experimental study and good parental compliance of the child. (3) No nutritional, metabolic or developmental disorders. (4) Normal intellectual development, Wechsler method test (WISC-CR), IQ = 90 as normal inclusion criteria. (5) No psychological or psychiatric disorders such as autism. (6) No history of neck disease and the child can turn his head freely.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the CI group: (1) Subject is bilaterally deaf with a unilateral CI but not wearing HA on the opposite side. (2) Children with abnormal intelligence tests. (3) Psychological and psychiatric system disorders such as autism. (4) History of ear and neck disorders during testing. (5) Poor parental compliance. Exclusion criteria for the HA group: (1) Subject is unilaterally deaf, or the degree of hearing loss does not meet the criteria for moderate to severe deafness, or is not wearing HA. (2) Children with abnormal intelligence tests. (3) Psychological and psychiatric disorders such as autism. (4) History of ear and neck disease during the test. (5) Poor parental compliance.
