Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with kidney deficiency type PCOS who meet the diagnostic criteria for Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome types; (2) Not accompanied by severe diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; (3) The medical record information is complete; (4) 20 = age = 40 years old; (5) Sign an informed consent form; (6) No drugs or hormone drugs that may affect glucose and lipid metabolism or Gut microbiota within 1 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diseases with endocrine manifestations similar to PCOS, such as hyperprolactinemia, ovarian or adrenal tumors, drug-induced androgen disorders, thyroid dysfunction, etc; Type I or II diabetes patients; (2) Previous history of ovarian surgery; (3) Patients with severe primary diseases and mental illnesses combined with cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, and hematopoietic systems; (4) Those who do not meet the requirements for filling out the scale, or those who fill out incomplete information; (5) Those who are unable or unwilling to cooperate; (6) Those who participate in other clinical studies at the same time and affect the results of this survey.
