Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age above 14 years and less than 85 years; positive results of anti-acid staining or culture of tuberculosis bacteria in sputum and alveolar lavage fluid, or positive tuberculin test; bilateral multiple miliary imaging changes on chest X-ray and chest CT; Negative tumor markers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age above 14 years old or less than 85 years old; bilateral multiple miliary imaging changes on chest X-ray and chest CT but negative results of anti-acid staining or culture of tuberculosis bacteria in sputum and alveolar lavage fluid, or negative result of tuberculin testing; bilateral lung multiple miliary changes shows metastatic tumors; patients with significantly increased tumor markers; pregnant women; other tumor patients may merge with lung metastases; patients not suitable for magnetic resonance imaging; patients not agree to be included in this study.
