Gold Standard:Echocardiogram, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) =40% as normal LV function.
Index test:electromechanical activation time test: Assess the statistical relationship between EMAT(EMAT%) and LVEF, and the sensitivity and specificity of the EMAT test. Index: EMAT, EMAT%

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for patient selection in this study are as follows: 1. Patients who have undergone echocardiographic examination(TTE). 2. Age greater than 18 years and less than 80 years. 3. Patients scheduled for general anesthesia upon admission. 4. Patients who have provided informed consent and have signed the consent form, with the date of signing clearly indicated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for patient selection in this study are as follows: 1. Patients with injured skin in the examined area. 2. Patients who have already been enrolled in other clinical studies that may potentially affect the objectives of this current study.
