25 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 25-55 years old; (2) ASA1-2; (3) No obvious abnormal liver and kidney function; (4) Sign the informed consent; (5) Audio-visual communication without barrier; (6) History of social drinking.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Nervous system diseases such as Acute stroke, Alzheimer's disease, history of neurosurgery, and Parkinson; (2) Preoperative organ dysfunction; (3) Allergic to propofol; (4) Long-term use of sedatives, antidepressants, etc; (5) Difficult airway such as sleep apnea syndrome; (6) Patients or family refused; (7) BMI>30 or BMI<18.5 kg/m2.
