Interventions

Low speed infusion remimazolam group:Patients will receive a low-rate infusion of remimazolam for gastroscopy. The infusion rate was: 0.25 mg/s.
Medium-speed infusion of remimazolam group:The patient will receive a medium-rate infusion of remimazolam for gastroscopy. The infusion rate was: 0.5 mg/s.
High-speed infusion of remimazolam group:Patients will receive a high-speed infusion of remimazolam for gastroscopy. The infusion rate was: 1 mg/s.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? patients who planned to undergo gastroscopy under sedation; ? Age of 18-65 years old; ? Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-30 kg/m2; ? voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? history of serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney or metabolic diseases; (2) patients with neuromuscular disease or mental disease, abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives; ? known benzodiazepines or opioids allergy history; ? pregnant or planning to become pregnant; 5) inability to cooperate or communicate with the research team.
