Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnancy; 2. Gestation 37-42 weeks; 3. Age 20-40 years; 4. ASA grade 2 healthy primipara; 5. Cervical dilation 2-5 cm; 6. Regular contractions every 3-5 minutes, Numeric rating scale (NRS) pain score >= 5 (NRS score 0-10, scale: 0= no pain, 10= worst pain imaginable); 7. All women with epidural analgesia need are eligible.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) > 40 kg/m^2; 2. Any contraindications to epidural analgesia; 3. Administration of opioid or sedative drug within 4 hours before requesting neuraxial analgesia; 4. Puerpera who allergy to local anesthetics or sufentanil; 5. Mothers with known fetal malformations.
