Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Female aged 18-65; (2)No habit of smoking; (3)BMI:18.5-28(18.5 and 28 included); (4)In order of ASA I and ASA II; (5)Surgery duration 1-3h; (6)Hypertension and diabetes patients with normal indicators;(7)No obvious functional abnormalities of important organs such as liver and kidney.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with smoking history; (2) Patients with a history of motion sickness or previous occurrence of PONV; (3) Abnormal coagulation function or long-term use of anticoagulant drugs; (4) Presence of cheek disease (trigeminal neuralgia, facial spasms) or symptoms of infection; (5) Request for postoperative use of analgesic pump; (6) Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes or poor control; (7) patients with a history of coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction or hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, and liver or kidney dysfunction; (8) Patients with a history of mental illness or inability to communicate normally; (9)unplanned admission to ICU after surgery;(10)Patients undergoing conversion to laparotomy during laparoscopic surgery.
