Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 20 ~ 55 years old (2) There is no gender limit, but the proportion of each gender in the two groups is basically the same (3) Adult BMI = 30, or the percentage of total fat reaches > 25% for men and > 30% for women (4) Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Mental patients with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system. (2) Taking items related to the test function in a short period of time will affect the judgment of the results. (3) Those who did not eat the test samples according to the regulations, could not judge the efficacy or the incomplete data would affect the judgment of efficacy or safety.
