20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who meet all the following criteria can be enrolled: 1) Aged 20-50 years, male or female 2) Fulfils the diagnostic criteria for nonspecific chronic neck pain 3) With neck pain symptoms for at least 3 months 4) Visual analog scale (VAS) more than 3 points and neck disability index (NDI) score more than 10 points at recruitment time 5) Able and willing to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded: 1) With abnormal neck appearance, such as scars, hyperpigmentation, and papules 2) History of neck trauma or surgery 3) With severe organic or mental illnesses 4) Participation in other clinical trials within three months prior to enrolment or 5) Women who are pregnant or lactating 6) History of infectious diseases and genetic disorders 7) Alcohol and/or psychiatric disorders, substance abuse and drug dependence (including analgesics) 8) Unsuitable for Tuina treatment 9) Practiced Baduanjin, Qigong or Yoga for a long time or in the past 3 months 10) Use of any other treatment within 1 month (drug or non-drug)
