Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range from 18 to 80 years old, male and female; (2) Patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders, according to the 2015 international consensus diagnostic criteria for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders; (3) For patients with Sjögren's Syndrome (SS), the diagnosis refers to the classification criteria of Sjögren's Syndrome revised by ACR/EULAR in 2016; (4) Can understand and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with 2 or more specialists who do not consider the diagnosis of neurological immune and inflammatory diseases necessary; (2) diseases with monocytic abnormality and hematologic tumors; (3) with other neurodegenerative diseases or serious systemic diseases; (4) Other circumstances that the researcher thinks are not suitable for inclusion.
