Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I, II, or III, anticipated surgical time of =1 hour, age between 40-80 years, no history of allergy to sedatives or analgesics, no history of anaphylactic reaction or psychiatric illness, no long-term use of sedatives or analgesics, no opioid dependence or tolerance, no bradycardia, no history of head injury, and no significant abnormalities in heart, lung, liver, or kidney function. Participants agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients or their relatives refuse to participate in the trial; Patients who are allergic to any component of benzodiazepine drugs or this product, patients with myasthenia gravis, schizophrenia, or severe depression; Patients who are scheduled for a second surgery during the same hospitalization; suspected malignant hyperthermia or family history of malignant hyperthermia; Patients with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score =23 before surgery.
