Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? primary breast cancer (stage I-IIIC) with (neo) adjuvant anthracycline-based chemotherapy ? Age = 18 years old, 18.5 = BMI = 31.9 ? No brain or bone metastasis ? non-secondary breast cancer ? There were no absolute contraindications to exercise 6) no known major structural heart disease, including symptomatic ischemic heart disease, severe valvular disease, or hereditary cardiomyopathy, and no pulmonary, neurologic, respiratory, or renal defects ? Willing to sign the informed consent and be able to participate in the experiment (KPS physical status score 90)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Without anthracycline chemotherapy, complicated with other cancers besides breast cancer, stage ? ? Age < 18 years old, BMI = 32 or BMI < 18.5 ? bone and/or brain metastases ? Secondary breast cancer ? absolute exercise contraindications ? known severe structural heart disease, including symptomatic ischemic heart disease, severe valvular disease, or hereditary cardiomyopathy, with pulmonary disease, neurologic disease, or respiratory or renal defects. ? Unwilling to sign the informed consent form, unable to participate in the whole experiment (KPS performance status score < 90)
