Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Crohn's Disease: 1. Aged between 18 to 65 years; 2. Diagnosed with Crohn's Disease based on history, physical examination, endoscopy and histopathological changes, treated with anti-TNFa therapy; 3. The patient voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form. Non-IBD control: 1. Aged between 18 to 65 years; 2. For the population screened by endoscopy, there are no visible lesions under the colonoscope, or only benign polyps (single, no more than 2 cm in diameter, smooth surface and good mobility) are seen; 3. The patient voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: combined with autoimmune diseases, malignancies or severe infection. Vulnerable groups, including individuals with mental illness, critically ill patients, pregnant women, minors, cognitive impairment, illiteracy, etc.
