Test group:Embryo culture was performed by Time-lapse imaging and D3 embryo was selected based on the embryo dynamics model established earlier
Control group:Conventional incubator was used for culture and morphological score was used to select blastocyst for transplantation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing in vitro fertilization; 2. First or second IVF cycle, age <=38 years, normal ovarian response, 8 <= egg number <=20, IVF, planned fresh embryo transfer. Each patient was only included once in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Repeated implantation failure, repeated abortion, chromosome abnormality of the patient or her spouse, uterine abnormality (severe history of intrauterine adhesion, fibroids, endometriosis), hydrosalpinx, involved in other studies; 2. Embryo freezing all in fresh cycle; 3. Double embryo transfer; 4. Rescue ICSI; 5. 2PN < 5, D3 <=3 embryos.
