18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 years old; 2.Patients diagnosed with internal hemorrhoids or mixed hemorrhoids according to the Chinese Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of Hemorrhoid Disease (2020); 3.Patients who can be evaluated with polydochaper alone or in combination; 4.Signed signed informed consent and followed protocol requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with external hemorrhoids; 2. Patients who are allergic to any component of polydocanol or polydocanol hardener; 3. Patients with severe systemic diseases (especially untreated); 4. Patients with acute inflammatory reactions (anal infection, abscess) or anal fissure in the anal area; 5. Heating state; 6. Bronchial asthma or known allergic constitution; 7. Severe important organ diseases or autoimmune dysfunction; 8. Chronic inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease); 9. Patients with known hypercoagulable state; 10. Pregnant women, lactating women, or those who are unable to use contraception during the study period; 11. Individuals with a history of mental illness or neurological dysfunction; 12. Other situations where the researcher deems it unsuitable to participate in the study.
