Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with clinically confirmed SCI; ? pain occurred after SCI, regional fixation, spontaneous pain, burst pain, etc., burning sensation, inductance, acupuncture, NP; ? oral drug with unsatisfactory efficacy and duration more than 1 month; ? age 18 years, 80 years old; ?'s condition was stable and informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? history of epilepsy, intracranial metal foreign body, intracranial hypertension, cerebral hemorrhage are not suitable for magnetic stimulation treatment; ? with severe anxiety, depression, somatization disorder and other mental and psychological disorders; ? cognitive impairment; ? implantation of pacemakers, stent implant, cochlear implant, medical pump and other electronic products; ? critical condition: severe bleeding tendency, organ failure, and unstable vital signs; ? pregnant women.
