70 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Admitted diagnosis of cervical spondylotic myelopathy with clear symptoms of lower limb gait instability. 2. Brain MRI plain scan indicates no obvious infarction foci. 3. CT, MRI and other examinations show signs of spinal cord compression caused by cervical disc herniation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a previous history of cerebral infarction and is accompanied by obvious Ataxia symptoms. 2. Combined with paraplegia or partial paralysis, cervical spine fracture or dislocation, cervical instability. 3. Accompanied with obvious lumbar degeneration and lumbar Spinal nerve compression symptoms (lower limb pain, numbness, weakness). 4. Patients with obvious psychosocial diseases and show communication disorder.
