Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 55–80 years old, female or male; 2) Symptomatic carotid stenosis, and non-invasive examination shows that carotid stenosis is = 70% or angiography shows that the stenosis is over 50%; 3) Incomplete occlusion of internal carotid artery; 4) NIHSS score = 4; 5) Inform patients and their families, and provide signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a history of unilateral or bilateral CEA or CAS surgery; 2) Complicated with serious organ system diseases, such as renal failure, heart failure and liver cirrhosis; 3) Patients with severe mental illness; 4) Severe arrhythmia or sinus syndrome.
