Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Cervical disc degeneration accompanied by obvious clinical symptoms, including cervical spondylotic myelopathy, cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, or mixed cervical spondylosis; ? There are obvious positive signs: pathological signs or active tendon reflex, positive Hoffmann sign, unstable walking, etc; ? Cervical disc herniation significantly compresses the spinal cord or nerve root, including degenerative disc herniation and traumatic disc herniation; ? Single segment traumatic cervical spinal cord injury without vertebral fracture and dislocation; ? The lesions mainly accumulate in a single segment, with the lesion segment being C3-C7; ? Pre operative cervical magnetic resonance imaging revealed obvious signs of spinal cord and nerve root compression, which corresponded to clinical symptoms and signs; ? Except for cervical trauma, it was ineffective after Conservative management for at least 6 weeks;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with developmental cervical spinal stenosis; ? Patients with severe ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament; ? Cervical kyphosis deformity; ? There is obvious instability in the responsible section; ? The height loss of the responsible segment intervertebral disc exceeds 20%; ? Patients with active infections, tumors, vertebral fractures, and metabolic bone diseases in the neck; ? Previous cervical spine surgeries
