Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. axSpA and non axSpA patients: (i)Low back pain patients axSpA was clinically suspected and rheumatologist confirm the non-axSpA or axSpA diagnosis using ASAS classification criteria; (ii) performance of 3.0T sacroiliac joint MRI examination; (iii) obtained from the same MRI machine; (iv) availability of complete MRI datasets and clinical information; (v) Perform laboratory analysis through routine blood tests within one week prior to MRI examination. 2. Patients with active and inactive axSpA: (1) Active and inactive axSpA were classified according to the VAS score of back pain =4cm and the BASDAI disease Activity Index score =4 (0-10); (2) - (5) Same as axSpA. 3. RA: (1) Rheumatologists use the 2010 ACR/EULAR RA classification criteria to confirm the diagnosis; (2) - (5) Same as axSpA.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: axSpA and non-AXSPA patients, active axSpA and inactive axSpA patients, RA patients: (i) Age <18 years; (ii) have used biological agents within one year; (iii) MRI cannot be perfected.
