Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy Subjects. Inclusion criteria:(1) Participants had no personal or family history of neuropsychiatric disorders, were not on medication, and were all right-handed. (2) 18 years = age = 80 years. (3) no history of alcohol abuse or conditions that affect mental and cognitive performance such as late nights. (4) No history of epilepsy. (5) Signed informed consent form. Stroke patients. Inclusion criteria: (1) First stroke, confirmed by cranial CT or MRI. (2) Onset of stroke between two weeks and six months. (3) Presence of upper extremity motor dysfunction or cognitive impairment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Healthy Subjects. Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with other neurological disorders that affect cognitive function. (2) Those with emotional or psychological disorders that affect cognitive function. (3) Those with comprehension impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment, complete aphasia, and severe cognitive impairment. (4) Patients who are receiving other clinical central nervous interventions. Stroke patients. Exclusion criteria: (1) history of previous stroke, history of traumatic brain injury, history of brain tumor. (2) Complicated severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction or other serious physical illness. (3) Impaired visual pathways, abnormal stereo visual function, etc. (4) The presence of new infarct foci or secondary hemorrhage and deterioration of the disease.
