Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects must be able to communicate well with the investigator and comply with the requirements of the study and must give written, signed and dated informed consent prior to conducting any study-related activities. 2. Male or female at least 18 years of age at the time of screening 3. Patients with a clear diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis who meet CASPAR criteria. 4. Patients are screened for the use of biologics and are voluntarily using IL-17 or TNF-a inhibitors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients combined with other arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, reactive arthritis, osteoarthritis, etc. 2. Patients with trauma or heavy physical labor 2 weeks before the ultrasound examination. 3. Patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, tumor, chronic liver and kidney insufficiency, etc. 4. Patients who are using other drugs in addition to IL-17 or TNF-a inhibitors. 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding (lactating) women, with pregnancy defined as the status of a woman after conception until termination of pregnancy, as confirmed by a positive hCG laboratory test result.
