Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Age =18 years old and =65 years old; ?ASA classification II~III; ? Elective lung resection (lobectomy, segmentectomy for benign or malignant disease, and wedge resection) and intends to perform surgery through VATS;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with PVB contraindications (skin infection, increased intracranial pressure, uncorrectable coagulopathy, anticoagulant therapy and need for bridging therapy (CHADS2-VASc=8), sepsis and spinal cord injury); ?A history of allergy to local anesthetics. ? Morbidly obese (BMI = 40); ?Patients with major heart, lung, liver, kidney, endocrine or blood diseases; ?Patients who have used opioids for a long time for reasons not related to surgery; ?Patients suffering from mental illness; ? People with a history of chronic pain syndrome, such as fibromyalgia, because it can enhance the patient's sensitivity to pain; ?Those who have a history of chest tumor surgery in the past five years; and those who have recurrence of chest tumor within 3 months; ? Severe bleeding during and after surgery or requiring long-term (> 18 hours) mechanical ventilation after surgery; ?Patients converted to thoracotomy during operation and double pneumonectomy excluded;
