Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery, the type of surgery was valve surgery or (and) CABG; ? Age =18 years old; ? Clear consciousness and barrier-free communication; ? Voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Severe respiratory muscle dysfunction on admission; ? neurological disease or organic brain injury, deep coma; ? A history of mental illness (including diagnosed Alzheimer's disease) or mild cognitive impairment; ? there are serious organic diseases or complications; ? Have a history of alcoholism or drug abuse; ? Participate in other intervention-related studies.
