Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Acception of gastroscopy under sedation 2: Voluntary participation and comprehension of informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Classification >II 2: Obstruction of upper digestive tract 3: Severe liver and/or kidney dysfunction 4: Obesity (BMI=28kg/m2) and anticipated difficult airway 5: Respiratory diseases including infection of upper respiratory tract, asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 6: Arrythmia and NYHA classification >2 7: Psychiatric diseases, use of psychotropic drugs or chronic alcoholism 8: Allergy to propofol or emulsifier
