Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Those with a first diagnosis of GDM according to the OGTT test issued by the IADPSG; ? with complete cognitive and behavioral capacity; ? singleton pregnancy; ?No previous psychiatric disorders; ? those who gave informed consent to voluntarily participate in this study; ?Possess a smartphone and can operate it proficiently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Those who have a combination of other endocrine diseases, acute and chronic infections, and malignant tumors; ?Pregnant women who are not considered for long-term perinatal care or delivery in our hospital; ? those who have combined complications such as hypertension during pregnancy and placenta praevia; ?Those who have recently taken drugs affecting glucose and lipid metabolism; ? Those with previous history of hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disease, etc; ?Those who are involved in other research projects.
