Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? healthy people (matched clinical index such as age, gender, BMI, etc.) with normal physical examination and endoscopy result, and without having any disease or medicine history by 3 months prior to participating in the experiment ?ESCC patients are diagnosed by pathological biopsy, without obvious symptoms of lower digestive tract and organic lesions of stomach and small intestine. No diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coronal heart disease, blood disease and immune, disease, etc. No infectious disease that can transfect through serum or body fluid such as HIV, hepatitis. No asthma, allergy, arthritis, rheumatic diseases, hepatic or renal diseases and recent vaccination, etc. No radiotherapy or chemotherapy in 1 year, and no antibiotics.
