Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with elective general anesthesia for cardiac surgery, age = 18 years old, gender unlimited, BMI 18-30 kg/m ² , Normal communication, voluntary testing and signing of informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative critical condition, emergency surgery, and surgery without extracorporeal circulation; Dementia, intellectual disability, or other neurological and psychiatric disorders; Individuals with hearing impairment and other factors that cause communication difficulties.
