Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Global Initiative for the Prevention and Control of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease 2019 (GOLD2019) ? Age 18-80 years old, gender unlimited ? It can maintain the stable and acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with conventional drug treatment ?It can cooperate with sports training, respiratory training, sputum expulsion training, health education and evaluation index detection ? can clearly express their wishes, and voluntarily join the lung rehabilitation training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? with other chronic respiratory diseases, such as malignant tumors, tuberculosis, bronchial asthma, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, etc. ? Patients requiring invasive ventilator support treatment, severe electrolyte disturbance or unstable vital signs (3) Patients with stable COPD who could not carry out mild exercise or needed to stay in bed completely due to other physical diseases and could not complete the 6min walking test (4) Patients with severe Heart failure were classified asNew York Heart Association, grade ?. (5) There are muscle, bone or neuropathy affecting pulmonary rehabilitation treatment ? Past 3 months to participate in lung rehabilitation training.
