Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18= age =70 years old, gender is not limited; (2) Critically ill patients undergoing elective or emergency cardiac or non-cardiac surgery; (3) ASA scores were ? ~?; (4) 18 kg/m^2 =BMI=30kg/m^2; (5) Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and have their own or authorized family members sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) oropharyngeal tumor, malformation, maxillofacial injury; (2) Esophageal stenosis, esophageal varicose veins, niche room, giant esophagus disease; (3) Proximal aortic stenosis and aortic aneurysm; (4) Thoracic and mediastinal malformations (changing the relationship between aorta and esophagus, affecting the examination results); (5) severe coagulation disorders; (6) Cervical instability;
