18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in DSM-?; 2)18-60 years old, Han nationality, right-handed; 3) First episode, no previous use of psychotropic drugs; 4) Clinical treatment is consistent with this study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with serious physical or neurological diseases; 2) any other mental disorder with a DSM-IV diagnosis; 3) There are metal objects in the body (such as metal dentures, cardiac pacemakers, etc.) affecting the MRI examination; 4) Color blindness can not effectively complete the test
