Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-80 years; (2) Clear diagnosis of hypertension (in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the 2021 Revised Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension): systolic blood pressure = 140mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure = 90mmHg; (3) The initial onset of hypertension is not treated or the treatment control is not up to standard; (4) Echocardiography screening results Simpson (biplane method) measurement of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)>50%; (5) Sinus rhythm; (6) Sign informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary or stubborn hypertension; (2) Various types of cardiomyopathy; (3) Heart valve disease; (4) Clarify coronary heart disease; (5) Pericardium disease; (6) Severe liver, kidney, and lung dysfunction; (7) Individuals with mental illness or severe mental symptoms; (8) Pregnant and lactating women; (9) Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol or drug abuse
