18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I - II; age = 18 years, < 75 years; patients scheduled for elective radical mastectomy, operation time = 60 min, < 150 min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) mental retardation or language disorder; 2) preoperative mental and psychological diseases, sleep disorders, long-term use of hypnotics and alcohol; 3) puncture site skin infection, ulcers, or peripheral neuropathy; 4) local anesthetic allergy; 5) bleeding and coagulation disorders (PT > 17s or APTT > 47s); 6) suffering from other serious physical diseases; 7) are participating in other clinical trials, or 3 months before the use of other clinical trials.
