Interventions

G1:Prophylactic infusion of norepinephrine at a fixed rate of 0.025ug/kg/min

G2:Prophylactic infusion of norepinephrine at a fixed rate of 0.050ug/kg/min

G3:Prophylactic infusion of norepinephrine at a fixed rate of 0.075ug/kg/min

G4:Prophylactic infusion of norepinephrine at a fixed rate of 0.10ug/kg/min

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single pregnant women aged 18-45 years, gestational age over 32 weeks, scheduled for cesarean section under spinal anesthesia, ASA rating 2-3, and gestational hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI > 35 kg/m2, height > 170 cm or < 150 cm, pre-existing or gestational diabetes, fetal distress or intrauterine growth restriction, multiple pregnancies, any contraindications to spinal cord or epidural anesthesia, including bleeding disorders, local infections, or intracranial hypertension.
