Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients suspected of syncope. 2.Patients aged 18-80 who can cooperate with the upright tilt table test and dynamic TCD cerebral blood flow monitoring. 2.able to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient's condition is unstable, 2.Severe intracranial and extracranial vascular stenosis, severe stenosis of coronary artery, aortic valve and mitral valve, and severe hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, 3.Severe anemia 4.severe arrhythmia 5.moderate and severe hypertension 6.pregnancy
