Interventions

A group:In group A, 0.3mg/kg esketamine was injected intravenously during induction, and normal saline was pumped at 0.5mg/kg·h during operation.
B group:In group B, 0.3mg/kg normal saline was injected intravenously during induction, and esketamine was pumped at 0.5mg/kg·h during operation
C group:In group C, 0.3mg/kg normal saline was injected intravenously during induction, and the normal saline was pumped at 0.5mg/kg·h during operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with tonsil or adenoid hypertrophy were selected, aged 4 ~ 12 years. BMI 18-28 kg/m2; ASA Class I -II; Preoperative physical examination showed no abnormality in cardiopulmonary function and normal liver and kidney function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of allergy to opioid or non-opioid analgesics, a history of respiratory infections, asthma, developmental delays, or psychiatric disorders associated with irritability, anxiety, attention deficit, sleep disturbance, or cognitive impairment, children with difficulty in the preoperative assessment, or those unable to complete the trial for other reasons.
