Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for refractory chronic cough; ? Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for external cold and internal heat syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine; ? Age 18-65 years old; ? Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with known causes and characteristic pathological manifestations of airflow restriction diseases such as bronchiectasis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, or pulmonary fibrosis; ? Known allergies to traditional Chinese medicine ingredients; ? Secondary or primary liver and kidney function damage that has not been cured; ? Patients with diabetes or serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, kidney, lung, and hematopoietic system; ? Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; ? Pregnant or lactating patients; ? Individuals with a history of uncontrollable mental illness; ? Those who cannot take traditional Chinese medicine due to diseases such as gastrointestinal bleeding and fasting.
