Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sample requirements: Due to research purposes, the sample group is mainly college students. Health requirements: No color blindness in both eyes (screening required before testing), no confirmed chronic noncommunicable diseases or other diseases, no restrictions on physical exercise prescribed by a doctor, healthy people with normal limb mobility, and no recent physical abnormalities. Other qualifications: Meet the PAR-Q questionnaire's criteria for admission to the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People not in the 18-24 age range; Color blindness in both eyes; People with physical disabilities or chronic diseases who are unable to do physical exercise.
