18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Greater than 18 years of age and less than or equal to 65 years of age (ii) High emotional distress (Kessler Emotional Distress Scale score greater than or equal to 22) (iii) No difficulty in comprehending Chinese language materials (probing questions passed) (iv) have access to the internet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to participate in offline experiments, suffering from severe mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia), suffering from cognitive brain dysfunction, high risk of self-inflicted suicides, substance abuse disorders, personality disorders that undermine group training issues
