60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =60 years old, normal cardiopulmonary function; (2) The ability to walk 1 or 2 blocks with or without assistive equipment; (3) the ability to exercise safely as determined by a health care practitioner; (4) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent; (5) Willing to be randomly assigned and complete the intervention for 6 months; (6) Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry test and physical fitness test can be performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have participated in regular physical exercise program in the past 6 months; (2) neurological or mental diseases, personality or intellectual disabilities, and serious lack of communication and expression ability; (3) patients with high-risk diseases, special diseases, etc., or any other medical conditions that prohibit physical exercise; (4) Metal stent or pacemaker is placed in the body.
