Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?The patient's age is between 50 and 65 years old (including 50 years old, excluding 65 years old). ? The patient met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis. ?The patient met the Kellgren-Lawrence radiological diagnostic classification. ?The patient volunteered to participate in this observation and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients in the acute phase of synovitis in knee osteoarthritis. ? Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tuberculosis of the joints, septic arthritis, allergic arthritis, arthritis associated with skin diseases, gout, intra-articular tumors, osteonecrosis, or other specific joint diseases. ? Patients with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, organ failure, or hematological disorders. ? Patients with breast cancer or other cancers, severe diabetes, severe thyroid and related diseases, severe liver or kidney diseases, or undergoing other relevant treatments that may affect bone metabolism and the outcome measures of this study. ? Patients with mental disorders or those unable to cooperate to complete the trial. ? Patients who withdraw during the study.
