Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: =18 years old; 2) Samples related to esophageal cancer cases need to be pathologically confirmed as esophageal squamous intraepithelial neoplasia or esophageal squamous cell carcinoma; 3) Cases with normal esophagus are required not to suffer from any malignancy or history of malignancy; 4) In good physical condition, able to tolerate endoscopy and biopsy; 5) The patient has not received radiofrequency, freezing, photodynamic, endoscopic resection, surgery or chemotherapy; 6) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Esophageal adenocarcinoma and its precancerous lesions; 2) Patients who are receiving anticoagulant therapy (such as warfarin, clopidogrel, heparin or aspirin and other anticoagulant drugs are currently or recently used); 3) Patients with myocardial infarction or other serious heart diseases in the past 6 months; 4) Serious cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage occurred in the past 6 months; 5) The patient has previously received radiofrequency, cryotherapy, photodynamic, endoscopic resection, surgery or chemotherapy for esophageal tumors 6) Combined with mental illness; 7) Those with incomplete clinical data (unclear diagnosis, incomplete medical history data, incomplete medication records, etc.); 8) Pregnancy/lactating period; 9) Unable to sign the informed consent form
